The Country manor Guest House is a 4 star and AA Superior property, located on Talbot Farm outside of Dullstroom on the Elandsfontein road high up in the hills. There are three dams all well stocked with Rainbow and Brown trout. Blesbok and Rhebok roam the hills with frequent sightings of Duiker. The farm has three tame donkeys, geese and a duck pond.The fishing is catch and release and only barbless trout fishing equipment is allowed.

Rods are available for hire on the farm and various flies and leaders can be purchased if required. Two of the dams are equipped with small rowing boats but kick boats are also welcome.

Leisurely walks and bird spotting in the often misty hills on the farm is a must. No quads or motorbikes allowed.

The Guest House overlooks the two main dams and consists of four luxury room's en-suite all with double beds, three have their own fireplaces, the main room also has full DSTV.The large lounge/bar/kitchen/dining room area is open plan with pitched ceilings and has fireplaces at both ends. This room is fully equipped with full DSTV, sound system and a fully equipped kitchen.There is a large covered patio and a separate enclosed braai/library/games room equipped with normal, Weber and gas braai`s. Plenty of books, darts and games are also supplied.
